As a debt-free company with minimal overhead, we are privileged to operate with financial freedom. This allows us to focus on what truly matters: providing exceptional service while being sensitive to the diverse financial situations of our clients. We don’t inflate prices or mark up the cost of materials used in your project. While there’s no wiggle room with material costs, we’re proud to say we can—and will—adjust our labor costs to meet your budgetary needs without compromising the scope or quality of our work.

When we soft-launched our budget-matching program in early 2024, we were apprehensive. Would clients take advantage of our goodwill? Could we sustain a system that requires such vulnerability and transparency from both parties? The answer, as it turned out, was a resounding yes.

We were humbled by the honesty of our community—so many people shared their financial situations openly, trusting us to meet their needs. Vulnerability is a difficult and admirable trait, and we honor it by doing our best to meet every budget shared with us.

This service works because it’s built on mutual trust. We don’t require income verification or extensive applications. All we ask is honesty and transparency. It’s the foundation that makes this system sustainable and helps us serve the community while maintaining our livelihood.

A Conversation, Not a Handout

We recognize that we’re not a nonprofit and don’t have the luxury of generous community donations to fund our work. That means we must remain financially solvent to continue providing our services. While we approach every budget-matching request with an open mind, we reserve the right to decline asks that would jeopardize our ability to stay in business.

This isn’t about offering handouts—it’s about collaboration. It’s about working together to find a solution that keeps your project on track while allowing us to sustain our operations.

How It Works

  1. Initial Estimate

    • We evaluate your project and provide an estimate reflecting the value of the work.

  2. Review & Discussion

    • If the estimate aligns with your budget, we move forward with scheduling your project. If not, you let us know what your budget is, and we’ll do our best to adjust our costs to meet your needs.

  3. Transparency is Key

    • We drop our prices by cutting into our company’s profits—not by reducing the quality of materials or cutting corners within the project scope.

  4. Sustainable Support

    • To ensure we can continue offering this service, we ask for honesty and understanding. When good intentions are met with good actions, great things happen.
